Pressing shielded from the air (press under carbon dioxide), fast and quite smoothly, of ripe grapes. Musts are filtered before the alcoholic fermentation to make, only, grape juice ferment. Breeding in tank and oak during 10 to 12 months, and bottling early to protect the fruit and the freshness of the wine.
Pale yellow color with greenish highlights, limpid and crystalline.
Typical of Chardonnay with grade of butter, fresh and delicate.
Aromatic, mineral. Straight attack, with acidity and rich aromas which confers him the perfect balance. Beautiful length.
Ideal with ham with parsley or seafood platter.
1 to 3 years.
